Moray Gaelic Group
The Moray Gaelic Group is preserving and spreading the Gaelic language throughout Moray through teaching of the language, participating in and hosting events, and sponsoring projects like this website or the Gaelic Place-Names of Moray booklet. We are also a group of Gaelic learners at the A2 level who meet online weekly with a tutor to study Gaelic. Read more…
Srùbag
Srùbag’s are gatherings held once a month to bring Gaelic learners and other interested community members together to share time, tea and teanga (language). Check out the schedule and location of these events on the Calendar of Events.
Gaelic for Beginners Group
The Gaelic for Beginners Group is just that, a group of learners just starting their learning journey. Whether you had Gaelic in the past and “lost” it along the way, have “beagan Gàidhlig” (a little Gaelic) maybe a phrase or two, or are brand new to the language, the Beginners Group is your place to start.
